The Urban Land Institute seeks a Student Representative for the Capital Markets Initiative Council. Student considered must be graduating in May 2013 from the MBA program. This is a for-credit internship.
Participate as part of leadership of the Capital Markets Initiative Council. Take notes at four quarterly meetings. Post content to Council’s LinkedIn Group. Write an article about the highlights at the Feb. 21, 2013 Annual Capital Markets Conference for the ULI’s website.
The Capital Markets Initiative Council focuses on short-term and long-range issues that surround the financial markets and looks at how how these issues are transforming the business of real estate finance, locally, nationally, and internationally. The CMIC has access to resources such as financial trends and data on shifting areas of interest through research published by the ULI and its members. A Student Representative receives a one-year complimentary ULI membership. http://www.uli.org
