Kilmann Diagnostics Summer Intern

Kilmann Diagnostics, an innovative company in E-learning and M-Learning for training and development, is seeking ambitious-talented students for a commission-based paid internship beginning immediately.

A sub-set of Kilmann Diagnostics is managing and growing its online assessment business: The Thomas-Kilmann Conflict-Mode Instrument (TKI), which is the world’s leading self-report assessment of conflict-handling behavior. It is second in sales, only to the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI), both published by the same company: CPP, Inc. See for the scope of the whole online business.

Internship requires some onsite training and student must have reliable transportation to and from site for occasional meetings.

This internship offers great growth opportunity, depending on the spirit and online talent of the jobholder. The intern will be able to share in the growth of sales revenue, as an incentive for his or her creative energies and dedication to growing the business.  All the work can be done online, but there will be periodic face-to-face meetings for planning and coordinating the TKI business, which is located in Newport Beach.

This internship could easily grow into a full-time position in the next few years, depending on performance.

The Kilmann Diagostics TKI internship is run by Dr. Ralph Kilmann, a 30-year veteran as a research professor at the University of Pittsburgh’s Katz School of Business. Dr. Kilmann has published 20 books and more than 100 articles on conflict management and change management for business organizations.
