ABOUT US SuiteSearch.com is a consumer facing commercial real estate listing website. We are a hybrid of Redfin.com, Craigslist.com and LendingTree.com. Our clients consist of the largest property owners, managers and brokers in Southern California. We split our time in managing those relationships and marketing the website to prospective tenants, often small businesses and entrepreneurs.

ABOUT THE POSITION Our success is derived from driving quality traffic to our website and more specifically the individual property pages. We are looking to syndicate our properties across a multitude of marketing channels. At this time we are looking for an undergraduate intern to conduct research on various channels for us to syndicate our properties across. The ideal candidate will research various channels, their demographics, statistics on web traffic, the investment to adopt the channel (both financial and time), an operational plan to adopt a specific channel and final recommendations. Completion of the project will require a 5-10 page report along with a 10-slide PowerPoint presentation.
